As far back as I can remember, I have been sensitive to the needs of others and have tried to be a support to people.
I am a mother of three children and have worked caring for children and elders for years–roles that have brought me great joy. I also have had many life experiences both amazing and difficult, and have sought through many avenues to support these transitions.
Having had a significant spiritual awakening at age 19, I have since had a strong desire to know all things regarding the psychology of human nature and spirituality. I have attended many courses and teachings over the years and have done exhaustive research on these subjects.
As my children have grown, I sought to become a certified Life Coach. I felt that Life Coaching is an ideal platform for offering the most beneficial service to others–that would encompass the skills I have learned and experienced.
I am excited to be able to hold a compassionate, confidential, non judgemental empowering space for you on your path and I hope to help you have an easier time navigating any situation you are presented with–As you persue happiness.
